We (8 of us) went for dinner on New Years, the food was amazing! Staff was over the top accommodating. The beignets were awesome!!! The dine in environment leaves a lot to be desired for decor and restrooms could use some love but I’m guessing they are mainly take out. We will definitely eat there again!! Definitely

The Experience overall was okay this Hostess was very nice. the crabs they make differently than most places. it doesn't have a sauce base it's just more so water-based. food was okay overall. the way they prepare their crabs you can make yourself at home. Save yourself some money

Live Crawfish & Seafood has been open since 2018, I have not heard about it until now. By far this is my most favorite Seafood Boil restaurant in Richmond. They make their sauce in-house and that is what made their food stand out from others. For someone who normally wouldn’t eat butter, I absolutely loved their Garlic Butter for dipping. The restaurant is clean and tastefully decorated. They cook and serve the food in aluminum serving trays. I actually liked it better than the bag. I asked for spicy and that was what I got. The seafood was very fresh and plenty for a meal. My husband and I shared the $55.99 Crab Lovers Special with one pound of Shrimp (heads off). It was plenty of food and we had leftover to bring home.

Okay So This One Is Lengthy But PLEASE READ !! I’ve Eaten Here 3 Times (2 Delivery 1 Dine In ) Before & Never Had A Issue Before The Incident That Took Place On 2/15/24. I Decided To Order Delivery Because They Are Just A Little Cheaper Then Competitors & I Like How They Plate It In The Pans. This Time Everything Was Going Smooth Until I Noticed An Issue With My Crablegs. I Called The Store Immediately. I Thought I Was Getting The Normal Run Around But The Owner Actually Did Reach Out & Went Out His Way To Make Things Right ! That Really Shocked Me ! He Did Make Things Right ! For His Courtesy I Just Wanna Say This is The Place To Eat With Your Family & Get A Great Boil & Seafood ! Because He Made Things Right I Will Continue To Support This Business ! I Just Felt Like This Should Be Shared Because The Way He’s Involved In His Business & He Went Above & Beyond To Make Things Right It’s Seriously Unbelievable

The restaurant's decor did not look enticing, so I was a bit "weary" when I sat down. However, the waiter was very helpful and pointed me to a more affordable choice so I could have 1/2 lb of each of the Snow Crab Legs, Dungeness Crab, and Shrimp. I had the spicy (not overwhelmingly spicy at all) mixture of all but garlic sauce was delicious! Spicy and sweet 😋

Fist time in a long time I have had a Louisiana style boil in Richmond. Dang it was good, I suggest the New Orleans style seasoning for the boil. If you know mud bugs then you know there is no comparison between live and frozen. I asked and they pick them up at the Richmond Airport direct from Louisiana and cook them fresh for you. I also had to try the raw oysters and they are local from the Chesapeake Bay and were delicious! The potatoes and corn on the cob were very good in the boil as well. The crab legs were not overcooked and awesome! The shrimp were large and cooked perfectly too! What a great experience!!!

We had the BEST waiter you could have asked for. He was so accommodating. The food was delicious and the portions huge. Everything was perfectly cooked and flavored.

My husband and I always enjoy eating here. Every time we pick up they have a smile on their face. The food has great flavor and the portions are better than most places!
